I have learned so much from the Monday and Wednesday calls.
I think it would be beneficial to have an agenda in the sense of part of
the time, continue how Jacob has been conducting the meeting(taking suggestions
from agents on what they want to see. This has been extremely helpful) but have another part of the call with negative UseCases.
For
example
UseCase1: When a flight gets cancelled and needs to be rebooked.
Action:
PersonA(Agent), PersonB(Client).
Demo
from the time PersonB calls/email/text to the actions done by PersonB(Agent) such as: cancels, rebooks the travel,
sends emails/texts etc.(any actions in TESS, writing notes etc.). Any other
steps in the process.
Result: Provides a step by step of what occurs, when cancelling and rebooking the clients travel.
Note: I think if this could be demo’d to the team, this would be beneficial. Although this is one example of a negative usecase, more negative usecases could be demo’d in future calls.
