Are you hostile towards hostels?

It's counter intuitive as a booking agent for hotels to recommend trying a hostel vs a hotel but what is given up in privacy is usually made up in comradery. Last year when I went to sign a lease for a flat in Belgrade, the owner changed his mind, leaving me with nowhere to stay.  I checked into a hostel nearby expecting to stay a night or two while I found a flat or hotel. Meeting new people from all over the world who wanted to share activities, were company for exploration or simply sit and talk vs. being alone in a hotel room-I stayed 3 months in that hostel.  I enjoyed every minute of it.  I've stayed in several more since then. I very highly recommend you try it next time you travel if you enjoy being social-specially if you travel alone.

I doubt there's money to be made booking clients into hostels but who knows-maybe you can figure out a way.

If you're looking for a great place to chill out somewhat cheaply-I very highly recommend Belgrade. Want to know more just ask,
