Convert To and From Groups
Convert a Standard Trip Into a Group Reservation
Start with a standard trip you will be moving and a group trip you will move into.
Click on the trip description in the standard trip to open it.
Click the overflow menu (three vertical dots) on the Trip Information tab.
- Click Convert to a Reservation.
- Search for the description of the group trip and click it when it comes up.
- Click Convert.
Convert a Reservation Into a Standard Trip
This process is very similar, just in reverse.
- On a Reservation Information tab click the overflow menu (three vertical dots) and click Convert to a Regular Trip.
- Click Confirm.
Convert a Proposal into a Group Trip
Start with the proposal you will be converting and a group trip you will move into.
Click on the proposal description to open it.
Click the Create Trip link for the traveling package you want to convert.
- Select any options needed for the traveling package.
- Search for the description of the group trip and click it when it comes up.
- Click Create.
