How Do I Send Itineraries To My Clients?

When working with your clients, you will want to send them itineraries for them to review before booking. There are a few methods in which you can send beautifully-crafted itineraries for their review. The best one is by upgrading your CRM account to the Advanced Package Features which will allow you to build professional itineraries and email them to your clients.

The BWJ Travel Team covers your $10/month CRM subscription; however, if you'd like to subscribe to the Advanced Features you will have to pay an additional $15/month which will unlock many useful features for you. Once you upgrade, you can simply follow these steps to send the perfect itineraries after you've created them in the Trips tab:

  1. Click the Communication Tab.
  2. Choose the Itinerary Detail template type.
  3. Choose the client who will receive the itinerary.
  4. Click "Email Itinerary"
  5. You can also export the itinerary as PDF by clicking the "Export to PDF" button.
  6. View previously sent itineraries in the Communication History section.

If anything is not in the correct order on your itinerary, double check your dates and times on the Trip Information page.
