Sending a Sales Email

VAX’s sales emails allow you to quickly send your clients up to six hotels or room categories, three rental cars, and six feature options all in a single email.

1. After you select your clients’ flights, select the Create Sales Email button in the pricing panel.

2. Select the checkbox next to the options you want to include in the email. To include different room categories for your resort selections, use the plus sign next to the resort name to see your options.

3. After you have made your selections, select the Preview Sales Email button in the pricing panel. Here, you can personalize your email by customizing the subject line, introduction and closing text fields and choosing whether or not to include prices.

4. Use the Preview button to see a proof of your email, then use Email button to send it. A copy of the email will be send to you so you can track what you shared.

Note
VAX recommends saving the itinerary so you can quickly modify it when you client calls back with their decision.
